LEGAL DISCLAIMER
A 5% – 10% variation in color is normal due to lighting, photography limitations, and screen differences (brightness, contrast, resolution, etc.).
Handcrafted items may have minor irregularities since they are made by hand. These natural variations should not be considered defects.
IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT
Inform us within 72 hours of delivery.
Share a clear picture of the defect along with the product code and the packaging.
Once approved, we will:
Replace the product,
Offer a credit note, or
Provide a full refund.
Your query will be resolved within 48 hours of your email.
If a return is required, we will bear the shipping cost in the form of a credit note.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED
Share a clear description of the issue (broken, cracked, missing parts, etc.).
We will replace the damaged item and file a damage claim with our courier partners.
Do NOT send the broken item back to us unless instructed.
IF THE PRODUCT IS AS ORDERED BUT NOT LIKED
Email us with a product picture and product code within 48 hours of receiving it.
You may:
Return it and choose another product, or
Receive a credit note of the same value (shipping charges will be deducted).
Return shipping cost will not be borne by the company.
Items must be sent back in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you regarding the refund or credit note.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund within 24–48 hours.
After initiation:
Bank accounts, UPI, debit cards: Refund reflects within 3–7 business days.
Credit cards: Refund reflects within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Wallet payments: Refund reflects within 24 hours.
International payments: Refund may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Customers will receive an update via email or WhatsApp once the refund is processed.
